  • Public authorities were legally required.
  • Some of these providers are located outside the EU (e.g., Google, Brevo). In such cases, we guarantee an adequate level of protection by using Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or similar safeguards (Art. 46 GDPR).

Data Retention

  • Customer and transaction data: kept for as long as legally required for tax/accounting purposes, or until you request deletion.
